USDA Rural Business Development Grants - The U.S. Department of Agriculture is providing funding to local governments and eligible entities serving rural areas to support job creation and rural small business development. Check eligible areas (populations <50,000) as well as the grant factsheet. No cost sharing required. Eligible grant uses include land acquisition or construction, equipment, revolving loan funds, rural transportation, entrepreneur training, rural business incubators, technical assistance and feasibility studies. Start the process by contacting your state office. Applications due June 30, 2026.
