October 28, 2025 - The Laurens & Newberry Counties Business & Industry Showcase will be held on November 6, 2025, from 9:00 AM to 2:00 PM at the Piedmont Technical College Newberry Campus. This career showcase is a great opportunity for businesses and industries to highlight what they do and the different jobs they have available. October 28, 2025 - Newberry County Economic Development will be hosting the second industrial seminar on Tuesday, December 9, 2025 at the Piedmont Technical College - Newberry Campus. The topic for this seminar is Business Optimization. The event will begin at 11:30 AM, featuring a series of informative presentations that will provide ways to stay ahead of the curve. Additionally, a complimentary lunch will be provided for each attendee. Registration is required to attend the event; however, there is no cost to register.
